SPAL was established in 1959 in Correggio, Italy and initially specialized in plastic mould design and production. SPAL has now been designing, producing and marketing high performance OEM axial fans and centrifugal blowers for the automotive sector for more than 30 years. Our commitment to research and development has helped us establish an excellent reputation for high-quality, state-of-the-art engineering. 

Leveraging our advanced engineering and manufacturing technologies, SPAL introduced a range of aftermarket automotive products including electric power windows, alarms, and central locking systems in 1985. Like the OEM product line, our aftermarket products are sold world-wide and offer outstanding engineering quality, reliability and universal applicability.

SPAL's production facility covers an area of more than 25,000 square meters, employs 450 people and generates a turnover of more than 160,000,000 Euros. SPAL products are sold worldwide to over 500 customers in the automotive sector alone.

In order to support our customers in Mainland China and SE Asia, SPAL (Shanghai) was established in June 2001. Located in Shanghai's Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone, SPAL (Shanghai) operates a 980m2 bonded warehouse, trading, and distribution center. 

With inventory on-hand, bi-lingual product engineers, and the flexibility of the Free Trade Zone, SPAL (Shanghai) is able to help simplify your design and procurement process. With representatives in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, there is always a SPAL representative that can assist you quickly and conveniently.
